South-west London: 24% of homes sell within three months
Only around one in four homes in south-west London sells within three months of going on the market, with west London at 19% and north-west London at 16% (Zoopla).
Only around one in four homes in south-west London sells within three months of going on the market. In west London it's 19%, and in north-west London 16%, according to new Zoopla analysis of homes listed between April and June.
Zoopla also found that homes needing a price cut are around half as likely to find a buyer in that time.
