Savills now forecasts that UK house prices will fall again, by 1.5% in 2027, after a broadly flat 2026. It doesn't expect average mortgage rates below 5% until early 2028.

On a public listing, every price reduction is there for everyone to see, and every week on the portals is counted. Buyers read that history before they make an offer.

It's time to change how you sell your home. No public listings, no upfront fees. Only verified local agents see your home. No 'days on market' counter and no 'reduced' banner. You stay in control.
